Milexia France has its own experienced Customer Service department and therefore does not use subcontractors.
Milexia France is in charge of equipments installation, users training as well as preventive and corrective maintenance. We set up different types of maintenance service contracts according to our customers' needs and possibilities. Our target is to be on site within 48 hours maximum for equipments used in production control and within 72 hours for laboratory equipments. This indicator is monitored as part of our ISO 9001 certifications.
Our Customer Service Department is made up of about fifteen highly qualified engineers and technicians, with the mandatory certifications for their interventions, as well as three experienced assistants.
Our staff is regularly trained by our suppliers. We cover the entire territory for which we are responsible for with two offices, one located south of Paris, the other near Grenoble. Several technicians or engineers are locate outside of Paris area.
Thanks to these locations, we can respond quickly everywhere and on all equipments.
We have a maintenance laboratory at our facilities in Verrières-le-Buisson with a large stock of spare parts which allows us to be very reactive for the maintenance of your instruments.
We can also call on specialists from our suppliers if necessary.
MILEXIA is a member of RECYLUM, a non-profit eco-organization that recycles used equipment. You can contact this organization to have your EEE* waste removed free of charge.
